As the Cindy Rig, Moping, Mid-Strolling and Hover Strolling techniques have become more popular, fish are also becoming conditioned, making them harder to catch. When vertically jigged, on the fall this bait will glide in a spiraling pattern and when jigged in place will dart in random directions, returning to center.
