Built on a proprietary 40-44 Ton blank, the Imperium rods are designed to be the ultimate in finesse fishing rods. Designed to be the lightest Ultra Light rod on the market, this rod is a joy to fish all day long. I have long felt that die hard crappie and trout anglers have been overlooked by most rod manufacturers who provide low modulus blanks with second rate hardware at prices that don't fairly reflect the quality of their builds. We only use Fuji premium components and our high modulus blank will provide sensitivity not normally found in Ultra Light rods.
